The Business NLP Master Practitioner with coaching skills certification leadership programme is the Master level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming. Participants learn how to work at the level of values in sessions for deep change, how to use effective communication models to intervene in the system of beliefs, and how to interact with themselves and with others by recognising the unconscious sorting filters that shape a person's behaviour and thinking.
This is a journey for people who want to, can, and already apply NLP in business, sales, communication, marketing and leadership. The programme is open to everyone who has completed Business NLP Practitioner with coaching skills. It leads towards effective communication, authentic leadership and outstanding achievement in presenting: for everyone who has accepted the challenge of growing as a person and as a professional.
The 11 modules of the programme
Module 1: Coaching with NLP for goal setting
A review of the skills and models from the Business NLP Practitioner with coaching skills level and of the coaching with NLP models for goal setting.
Module 2: Coaching with NLP for limiting beliefs
Models for reprogramming beliefs and convictions in personal and professional life.
Module 3: Coaching with NLP for identity and roles
Marshall Goldsmith's model for identifying the real and the ideal identity, Robert Dilts's Neurological Levels, and models for acting fully in the different roles in life: leader, innovator, parent, team member. Identity and positioning of the personality.
Module 4: Coaching with NLP for values
Models and skills for defining vision and mission, eliciting values and speaking at the level of values in a corporate and a personal setting. Sessions for making decisions according to priority against values.
Module 5: Coaching with NLP for strategies
Models for eliciting and optimising the strategy of a company and of a person: planning, optimisation, defining risks and fallback options. Sessions for changing ineffective thinking strategies.
Module 6: Modelling
The NLP modelling process and acquiring skills through modelling. Knowledge management: tacit and explicit knowledge, skills for defining the code of a skill and decoding tacit knowledge.
Module 7: NLP New Code
New Code models: entering a High Performance state, changing state when presenting, in sports competition and in important personal and professional moments.
Module 8: NLP Meta-programmes
Profiling yourself and the person in front of you with Meta-programmes. Skills for changing Meta-programmes.
Module 9: Communication for change with NLP models
12 linguistic models for personal change: the Milton model, the Meta model, the Verbal package (reviewed from Practitioner level) and 9 new models. Finding errors in logical connections through language, recovering deleted, distorted or generalised information. The Sleight of Mouth model.
Module 10: Practical module with assistants
Practising the NLP models, techniques and coaching skills with the support of NLP assistants, in the roles of coach, client and observer: to answer questions that have come up and to consolidate the skills.
Module 11: Certification
- A coaching session with NLP for deep change with a client
- An individual project: a presentation in the 4MAT system, using modelling

Terms for cancellation or transfer of participation
- If you are unable to attend, contact our team no later than 60 days before the start: a one-time transfer of your place to another person, a transfer to the next edition, or a refund with a credit note.
- For cancellation later than 60 days before the start: a one-time transfer of your place to another person, or a fee of 30% of the tuition.
- For interrupting a programme that has already started: a fee of 50% of the tuition.
