Training and coaching venues

The stones of leadership: spaces that inspire, challenge and guide.

В My Leadership Center we believe the environment shapes the way we develop as leaders. That is why we create spaces that are more than rooms and offices. They are symbols of our values: Inspiration, Responsibility, Transformation, Innovation, Results and Sustainable Growth.

Each space is named after a precious stone and linked to a particular value:

Diamond – excellence and resilience: strength, clarity and leadership focus
Onyx – strength and resilience: stability and an inner anchor
Quartz – clarity and universality: balance and harmony
Amethyst – intuition and harmony: clarity of thought
Sapphire – wisdom and vision: truth and insight
Opal – creativity and inspiration: imagination and innovation
Emerald – insight and growth: vision and renewal
Ruby – inspiration: passion, energy and the strength to lead
Pearl – trust and new beginnings: authenticity and sincerity

In this way every space is consciously designed to support the path of development: to inspire, to challenge, to guide and to strengthen leaders who combine skills and values into one whole.

Training room

We run our business trainings in a beautiful, welcoming room with a view of Vitosha. The elegant interior, the space and the natural light create a calm atmosphere that supports pleasant and effective work. The room is equipped with a plasma screen, a flipchart and Wi-Fi, and every participant has a mobile writing desk: everything needed for an effective process of passing on knowledge and skills.

During coffee breaks teams can hold informal discussions both inside and outside: in a spacious, green and quiet garden with a view of Vitosha.

Coaching rooms and offices

With their stylish design, comfort and calm, the coaching spaces inspire participants in individual and team sessions towards innovative thinking and creative solutions. They can also host exercises during trainings.
