The prices shown exclude VAT. The cost of the certificate (200.00 EUR excluding VAT, signed personally by John Grinder) is not included and is paid only by participants who successfully complete certification.

Prices exclude VAT; VAT of 20% is added on the invoice. The early-booking discount applies when the first instalment or the full amount is paid by the date shown.

General terms, discounts, cancellation and transfer of participation

Registration

Final enrolment and reservation of a place happen after: sending a completed registration form; issuing a proforma invoice; payment of the first instalment or of the full tuition. Only those who have paid the full fee before the start of the programme have the right to participate and to receive the materials.

If the announced number of places is filled, your application may be added to the waiting list for that edition or transferred to the next edition, if you wish.

Discounts

An early-booking discount (see the deadlines in the calculator).
A discount for group enrolment in the three-level Proactive Master NLP Coach programme or in Level 1.
A special price when the same participant enrols in two or more certification programmes.
A discount from the regular fee when repeating a programme (one place per edition).

Terms for cancellation or transfer of participation

If you are prevented from attending the programme (having paid the first instalment or the full amount), contact the team no later than 60 days before the start. Within that period you may transfer your place to another person once, move your participation to the next edition, or receive the amount back with a credit note.
For cancellation later than 60 days before the start you may transfer your place to another person once, or a fee of 30% of the tuition applies.
For interrupting participation and/or requesting a transfer during a running programme, the fee is 50% of the tuition.
